The short version
30 days from delivery · free prepaid label · no restocking fee · refund to your original payment method.
How to start
Send an email to support@gaventrax.com with your order number and the item(s). Within 24 hours we reply with a prepaid label. Please wait for the label — we cannot trace parcels returned without one.
Eligibility
Items need to be unworn and unwashed, tags on, in the original packaging and with every piece that came with them (for example a belt or detachable strap).
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email photos of the problem and the size label. We will offer a replacement or a refund for the item; the return label is free.
Exchanges
We can swap size or color when the one you want is in stock. Otherwise we refund the item once it is back.
Refund schedule
- Refunds go out within 5–7 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
- Allow a further 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer.
- On change-of-mind returns, the original $7.95 shipping fee is not refunded.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase — email us.
